My three flights of stairs were no problem for them and they took away the furniture I didn't want without hesitation (make sure you include clutter capture in your quote, it's great). The guys packed my U-Haul rental for me and when I arrived, everything was neat and in perfect condition, you couldn't tell I drove from Worcester to New Jersey over our awful highways. They even suggested ways to load things better so they wouldn't be harmed. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation! Thank you all for making the moving process that much easier, and taking away some of my moving day worries!

On Friday, 2/26/21, I used Fresh Start- The Moving Crew to move my in-laws to a new apartment. I was dreading the day because I knew it would be stressful, however it went great. Fresh Start – The Moving Crew went way beyond my expectations. Fresh Start-The Moving Crew made a very good impression of my family, from the initial site walk-thru by the owner to the actual moving crew. Matthew, Conor, and Dakota were the guys sent for our move. They were a really great bunch of guys. They showed up ready to work, and they did an awesome job of wrapping and protecting everything. We were so happy with the job they did. I would recommend Fresh Start- The Moving Crew to anyone looking for help with an up-coming move. They certainly made our day a lot less stressful. Fresh start moving crew is wonderful. David V, Wayne, Jacob G, Bryan, Mike worked fast, were extremely polite, answered all my questions with patience and mostly did the job in record time without breaking a single item ( and there were many) and all that during a major snow storm. I don't often leave reviews but felt compelled to do so for Fresh Start! This was our second move with them, the first one being four years ago, and they did not disappoint! Everyone from Elyssa in the office to the two crews that moved us out and in our new house a week later were professional and incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We had an unexpected delay and went from needing 2 nights of storage to 6 nights and it was no problem for Fresh Start! They were on top of everything and exactly where they said they would be when they said they would be there! After dealing with a nightmare of a mortgage company who dropped the ball on their end and a less than helpful lawyer, we were stuck waiting to go on record when the movers arrived! I was mortified and apologized profusely but the moving crew was incredibly gracious about the situation & started preparing as much as they could. Luckily we got in the house quickly but they were prepared for whatever situation arose. In a stressful real estate transaction fresh start was by far the easiest party to deal with! The movers were so careful with our things and incredibly polite & helpful. Cannot recommend fresh start enough! Shout out to Jose who was there for both moves and is a superstar! Thank you fresh start!
